Shipping Policy

When your furniture is ready to ship, we will email you shipping details so that you can follow your shipment all the way to you.  When the shipping company gets within a day or two of you, they will contact you to schedule a time for delivery.  Furniture is shipped curbside delivery and arrangements will need to be made by the customer for the furniture to be carried into the house. Our experience has been that the drivers can be helpful if you are courteous and offer a tip. We cannot, however, guarantee this so we recommend having help available when they arrive. 

Our minimum delivery fee outside Arizona is 250.00, some areas of the U.S, and Canada require additional shipping fees including remote territories and communities that require boat access such as Martha's Vineyard, CT, Gig Harbor, WA, etc. Please call us at 1 (480) 371-3930 for additional details and pricing.


Shipping Times

When will my furniture arrive? Our furniture is all special order and ships in containers from Vietnam Each of our sets has a different shipping time. Many of our sets ship within 6-10 weeks from the date we process your order which means you will have it within 6 weeks in most cases but can be up to 10 weeks. This is part of our under promise, over deliver policy so don't be surprised if it shows up sooner. at times the shipping or freight company may cause delay from things outside our control, in such cases we will notify you.


Warranty

Leather Warranty

1.  All Decor4Design Leather frames are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship for life. We will pay within one year from the date of purchase reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer or a repair center designated by our customer service department at no charge to the original purchaser. After 1 year from the date of purchase the purchaser will be responsible for packing , and all shipping and transportation costs.

   2. The seat and back comfort suspension is warranted for five (5) years from date of consumer purchase against defects in material and workmanship. We will pay within one year from the date of purchase reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer or a repair center designated by our customer service department at no charge to the original purchaser. After 1 year from the date of purchase the purchaser will be responsible for labor, packing , and all shipping and transportation costs.

   3. Foam cushioning is warranted against the loss of resiliency for one (1) year from date of consumer purchase

   4. All leathers and covers are warranted for one (1) year from date of consumer purchase.  As a natural product, leather must be cared for with a quality leather furniture cleaner and conditioner.  Failure to use appropriate products will void any leather warranty.

   5. All of our frames are warranted for life of the original purchaser.

   6.Decor4Design obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing at Decor4Design option, any part, or parts, (except fabrics or leathers) of the product found to be defective in workmanship or materials upon examination by an authorized agent of the manufacturer.

   7. Liability for incidental or consequential damages under any and all warranties is excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

   8. From time to time, Decor4Design sells other manufacturers products direct to the consumer. In the event of a warranty claim for these products, Decor4Design will either direct the customer to that manufacturer and/or help and assist in processing their claim to that manufacturer's specifications.  Decor4Design reserves the right to decide whether to intervene on the consumer’s behalf or direct the customer to work directly with the manufacturer. Decor4Design warranties are often similar but can be different than the actual manufacturer’s warranty.

   9. Any warranty claim caused by consumer use or abuse will be void.  If both consumer abuse and a factory defect are involved at the same time, the manufacturer of the product will decide on the validity of the entire claim.

  10. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable to a second party. Decor4Design is not responsible for and cannot process, handle or resolve warranty claims for products not purchased throughDecor4Design, defunct manufacturers or products damaged by floods, fire or other acts of God.

11. Clearance items are sold as is and the warranty does not apply to these items.


Returns and Refunds

All orders are custom made to order and at the discretion of Decor4Design in some instances we allow cancellation with a 15% restocking fee. On orders already shipped the item needs to be returned to manufacture at customers exspense and after inspection a credit will be issued minus shipping fees if applicaple and restocking fee. Please check your items once delivered to you as any damage must be noted on shippers paperwork. No Returns or Refunds will be issued on delivered items after (7) business days of signed receipt.

Payment Options

We require all orders to be paid in full at time of order, We do not accept American Express or Discover Card, We prefer paytments to be made by check and mailed in. We offer paypal to make it easier if you prefer to pay with credit card. Call us about financing options
